Estimated Delivery Time

We will always aim to ship within the same business day if orders are processed before 3 pm AST. Same-day deliveries are available for the Jeddah region with Careem Delivery Service. As for all major cities within the kingdom, next day delivery is available with FedEx or TNT. As for other cities and towns within the kingdom, delivery is within two working days with FedEx or TNT. We will always strive to meet our delivery times as best we can.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be in the state you received them and in the original packaging, unused and with the tags still attached. Once your return is inspected by our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. You are not entitled to any refund after 7 days of delivery . All our Items are carefully examined, photographed and recorded with original proof of purchase prior to shipping. If you have any doubt ask for this information after payment. If for some unseen circumstance that is beyond our control you don’t receive your product within 15 days from the agreed date of delivery , the consumer may terminate the contract. The refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. If there is a special order the cust omer will not pay for the order until it is received by our fulfillment center. We reserve the right to refuse a special order based on our ability to process and fulfilment ability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of returns, a rufund will be applied with 7 day grace period. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.

All the shipping costs will be charged to the customer on the returned item.

You will not be charged for any items or orders that are canceled before shipping. After shipping or delivery, the refund policy will be enforced.
